In these times of great transformation, contemporary living and rising uncertainty, Teresa Raven Moon and Michelle Speaking Hawk would like to offer you an opportunity to take time out, drop down into yourself, connect into your heart and reconnect with those in the seen and unseen worlds who guide, protect and revitalise you. We have planned this in response to so many people in the community wanting a Sacred and protected space in which they can go deeper into themselves, reconnecting with Spirit within and the Spirits without.

We are inviting you to come participate in an Urban Vision Quest. This will be in three parts:

Day 1: Sunday, 15 April 2018, 1:00pm-6:00pm, Tayanita Medicine Lodge

Day 2: Saturday, 22 September & Sunday 23 September 2018, from 6:00pm 22 September to 12:00pm 23 September, Tayanita Medicine Lodge

Day 3: Saturday, 13 April 2019*, 11:00am-2:00pm, Tayanita Medicine Lodge

Vision Quest is an ancient ceremony to realize our oneness with all things. It is a time to sit outside and revitalise our connection with Spirit. Some pray for a vision of their life’s work or an expansion or clarification, some vision to make a request, some to pray or to give gratitude, and some simply use this time to reconnect to the Earth Mother and the Universe. Limited space of 12 people.

Workshop:

Sunday, 15 April 2018: Vision Quest Teachings

Participants can expect to:

• Set up spiritual boundaries
• Take a shamanic journey to meet spirit guides and learn how to stay connected
• Learn techniques for opening and expansion
• Learn how to make prayer ties

Saturday, 22-23 September 2018: Vision Quest

Participants can expect to:

• Purify themselves
• Set up Sacred Space
• Use isolation and Nature to Dream in a time-honoured tradition
• Give their prayers to Creator through Fire Ceremony

Saturday, 13 April 2019: Vision Quest

Participants can expect to:

• Take a Shamanic journey to revisit
• Share experiences if appropriate

Cost: £200 (£100 due at on Day 1; the remaining £100 due on 31 July)
