Creative Self Expression Day

with Sandra Blue Turtle Woman and Nina Dawn Rising

Saturday, 3 June 2017, 10am-5pm – Manor Farm, Colston Bassett

Creativity is play. Creativity heals the self and others. Express what you are feeling on your Earth Walk. Express your self- make your mark!

Allow yourself a day to nurture the creator/artist within through the use of a few simple techniques and a sense of safety and connection.

We will set sacred space, acknowledge and let go of fear and judgement of the blank page and the worry of not being good enough and comparison.Blue Turtle Owl

Using different methods and media we will work together to make our Sacred and Primal marks, to ‘try it and see what happens’. Using watercolour, charcoal, pencil, ink and whatever else we can find! We will dream together to find our images of the heart.

If artistic guidance is needed then support will be available from Blue Turtle Woman

No experience or skill in any form of art is necessary, only an open mind and a willingness to start.

All materials will be provided.

Monetary gifting is appropriate and appreciated. Please keep in mind you are gifting for all the materials, our time and Harriet’s space- be generous. Suggested minimum £10.

Please bring your own lunch and there is an offer to have tea and cake at 3pm-4pm to take some time to socially connect after the day.

Please bring your rattle / drums (your sistrum is excellent for creating the sacred space) and card decks (angel cards gems card Druid cards etc) you have and bring any items you wish that you feel you need or may inspire you however this is not essential. Your lunch, (and cake or snack to share optional).

Please RSVP by email to woodwardsandra@hotmail.com as we need a minimum number to run.

Representations of our dreams will be expansive, surprising and joyous!
