If we want to have strong Medicine – that is, strong personal power – our relationship with our Helping Spirits is an important part of this shamanic path – one of the most important. They protect us, guide us, help and support us. They see things with ‘Eagle Eyes’ – from the view of Creator. What kind of relationship do you have with your Guides and Totems?
In this workshop, we will explore those relationships further. I will guide you through journeying on questions to get to know your Helping Spirits, touching on different aspects of these relationships.
This will be a very easy day with lots of dreaming so bring your cushions, blankets, an eye covering, a water bottle and whatever else you need to be comfortable in the lodge. Also bring a notebook and pen.
