21st Annual Setting Our Energies Ceremony 2026

In this beautiful Ceremony, we will regroup 2025 to bundle the wisdom gained from our experiences. Then with intention and open hearts, we will welcome in our personal energies and the collective energy for 2026. Collectively this year, we are Basking in the Warmth of Unconditional Love and we welcome the beautiful energy of Manatee this year as our collective Totem along with Lapis Lazuli.

Finally, following the heartbeat of the Sacred Drum, we will align our hearts with the Heart of Creation and dream to welcome these new energies into our lives.

Please join us to feed your heart through Sacred Ceremony with the Divine!

Please bring a sitting pillow and a lap cloth or blanket for sitting on the floor – although chairs are available. You may also find a pen or pencil handy for your 2026 energy notes and a notebook. And please bring your drums and rattles.If you like, please also bring Medicine Cards/Sacred Path Cards although we have some to share or you may want to bring your own for example Angel, Wolf or Druid cards.

This Ceremony is open to all – men and children over 10 are welcome to be in ceremony together.

As our Elders on this planet, the Standing People show us how to balance our natures as a spiritual being in a physical body by connecting to Mother Earth through their roots and Father Sky through their branches.

When we stretch our arms upward, the body creates two circles. The upper circle encircles Father Sky while the lower circle encircles Mother Earth. These are the Medicine Wheels of life with the Sky Wheel bringing messages from the Spirit World and the Earth Wheel the teachers of those messages. Meeting at the heart, they form a figure eight, helping us to understand that both worlds are one.

I am looking forward to being in Ceremony with all of you. Together, we will feed our spirits to walk the Beauty Path.

Energy Meditation

Meditation to increase connection and flow

Would you like to increase your vitality for life and connection to Spirit? In this meditation, we will use energy exercises and focussed meditation to increase our the flow and connection to Spirit, to increase our perception and awareness of energy, and to balance and ground.

We will also use energy exercises to transmute and heal challenges in our lives.

Spirit of the Drum Shamanic Drumming Circle

You are invited to join us in celebrating the spirit of the drum! Together, following the heartbeat of our drums, we will connect to the deepest part of our beings, the land, our ancestors and to each other as indigenous peoples all over the world have done for thousands of years. Shamanic drumming helps us heal, gain access to our own inner wisdom and build community.

All are welcome. Suggested £10 energy exchange.

What to bring: drums and/or rattles (we have a few drums or rattles to borrow), a bottle of water, and something to sit on – a cushion for floor sitting or (compact) lawn chair (there are no chairs available on site). You may wish to bring a notebook and pen.

Imbolc Shamanic Dreaming Circle

You are invited to dream in Sacred Ceremony and in community at Imbolc. Dreaming connects us to Source and our highest self, allowing us to create, magnetise, and manifest our dreams. We will dream with the Totems of the Dreamtime, along with the Elementals who help manifest our dreams into the physical. The dreams are limited only by your imagination and can include things in the physical, the emotional, the mental, the spiritual.

Healing Circle

Wednesdays 7, 14, 21 and 28 January 2026, 7:00pm-9:00pm – TML and on-line

Healing in a shamanic sense is about bringing balance back to the physical body, emotional body, the mental body and the spirit.

This circle is an opportunity to heal the Self, other members of the Circle and those in the wider world. This circle meets every Wednesday evening.

Open Creative Afternoons

Usually every Tuesday Afternoon 1:00pm – 5:00pm – Tayanita Medicine Lodge

In community, people used to craft together. These Open Creative times are an opportunity for us to come together in community and create! When we create, we come into alignment with Spirit, our creations come straight from our Orenda and become tangible Spirit in our lives. Dolphin wants us to know that when we are fully absorbed in creation, play, or the wonder and beauty of Nature, we are receiving a healing. This Medicine is offered with Grace – we are worthy of receiving it just by being alive.

We will work in a sociable way but also in Ceremony with Sacred intent.

This little medicine bag is one of my creative projects. What’s yours? Come early, come late, or just come have a tea with us and watch the rest of us work but just show up!
