Join us for sharing and an exploration of Self with the 13 archetypal principles of the feminine through these ancient Native teachings. Discover your talents, gifts and abilities – come drum and dream with others of the Sacred Sisterhood.

Each month or moon is guided by Seneca Wheel of Truth. The stories are multi-layered and timeless – the wisdom shared is priceless.

The circle meets on a Monday evening near the beginning of each month. In the winter, in addition to the evening circle, I often offer an afternoon circle – please check the schedule.

Monthly Energy Meditation

Would you like to increase your vitality for life and connection to Spirit? In this series of meditations, we will use energy exercises and focussed meditation to increase our the flow and connection to Spirit, to increase our perception and awareness of energy, and to balance and ground.

We will also use energy exercises to transmute and heal challenges in our lives.

The cost: gifting.

Pre-requisite: You must have attended the 6 week course of Energy Meditations

Healing Circle

Healing in a shamanic sense is about bringing balance back to the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the spirit. This circle is an opportunity to heal the Self, other members of the Circle as well as the wider world.

This is community circle meets every Wednesday evening either in person or on-line.

This is a closed circle.

Please feel free to send a healing request at any time. It is important that you participate in your own healing therefore we only accept requests for yourself. We do not accept requests for others unless it is from a parent or guardian or if the request is from a grandparent for a child under 12.

Shamanic Drumming Circle

You are invited to join us in celebrating the spirit of the drum! Together, following the heartbeat of our drums, we will connect to the deepest part of our beings, the land, our ancestors and to each other as indigenous peoples all over the world have done for thousands of years. Shamanic drumming helps us heal, gain access to our own inner wisdom and build community.

This circle usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month.

The Medicine Wheel

The Native American Medicine Wheel and the Celtic Wheel of the Year are both a way of life and a mirror for helping us learn and grow. By working with the energies of the chief solar events and their mid-points, we are connected with all life, shown how to have balance, how to connect with the seasons and the environment and much more. These non-linear ways of being help us see through the illusion of time and space, connecting us with the beauty and harmony of the spirit world.

This circle encompasses the energies of the 4 quarters and the 4 cross-quarters. As we work with our growing edges and explore together in community, we will work with the energies of the directions, the seasons, the Totems, the aspects of Self and much more.

Another Medicine Wheel will be starting in March 2026, in the East, we begin with our engagement with life and work through the annual cycle of the year and our lives – putting you at the centre of the circle of your life. We will use teachings and flow in connection with spirit, to work with our edges and celebrate our successes together. If you want to spread your spiritual wings or master challenges in your life this circle is for you.
