This month, we are working with Walks Tall Woman, Clan Mother of the 11th Moon Cycle, who teaches us how to WALK OUR TRUTH by expressing our true, authentic selves with grace and beauty. This Clan Mother, and her Totem, Quetzal, show us how to express all aspects of Self, accepting our humanness without judgement. This uninhibited freedom allows us to Share our Truth by Walking in Beauty with one foot in each world and by being good role models. She teaches that it’s not what we are doing but how we do it that makes the difference between creating separation within ourselves and from others or whether we are embracing the Oneness that is All Creation.

As we begin winding down this year of Dancing the Spiral of Light and Dark, our communal Totems, Swan and Shiva Shell remind us to keep dancing lightly with all that life is offering at this time, keep flowing with new energies that are emerging! What is your personal energy for the year 2020? How are you engaging and working with this energy?

Please do bring with your word, Totem and path for the month if you have them. If you do not, please look inward by drumming or rattling or draw a Totem for the month if you can prior to Monday! As always, have your drums and rattles to hand as we celebrate life together!

In October, we welcome Weaves the Web, Clan Mother of the Tenth Moon Cycle who teaches us how to Work with the Truth. With every choice we make, we are co-creating our lives. This Clan Mother and her Totem, Squirrel, teach us important lessons in co-creation. Squirrel teaches us to gather our energy and save some for the lean times.

This year we have had exceptional opportunities to slow down our lives, to retreat and reflect and to gather energy for the coming times. Let us use that energy to co-create lives of grace, love, compassion, joy and reverence, remembering that we, all of us, are sacred beings. Together we can gently remind each other when we temporarily forget who we really are – powerful beings of light connected each to the other through the language of love. Weaves the Web is love in action – the nobility of choosing our creations every day.

Also, as we begin drawing down towards the end of the year, take time to reflect on your personal and the collective energy for the year, Dancing the Spiral of Light and Dark with Swan and Shiva Shell.

This month we welcome Setting Sun Woman, Clan Mother of the 9th Moon Cycle, into our hearts and our lives. This Clan Mother teaches us to Live the Truth – that we are creating our future with each moment andthat our every thought, feeling and action impact the next seven generations. In this time of transformation the possibilities for change are in our hands.

This Clan Mother and her Totem, Frog, tenderly help us to cleanse, refresh and replenish. Working with the cleansing, gentle energy of Frog, we can clear away the old debris of our lives, making ample space for an expansion of our consciousness where we are ready and able to move forward.

Our challenge is to keep our balance amidst the shifts and stay connected to Spirit that we may gracefully rise above fear and paralysis, greeting the future with hope, joy and love in our hearts! Her Totem Walrus helps to alter our actions and feelings so that we may interact with the transformations and changes that are being offered at this time.

This month we welcome in She Who Heals, Clan Mother of the 8th Moon Cycle. She shows us how to SERVE THE TRUTH and is the Keeper of the growing cycles of the Medicine Wheel and all Rites of Passage.

With the help of She Who Heals and her Totem, Bat, we may experience the turning of
the Medicine Wheel and Rites of Passage that lead to unlimited spiritual growth. Growth is a result of death and rebirth. We must experience death – death of something physical, death of the ego or death of limiting habits and beliefs – before we can experience rebirth. As we Dance with the Spiral of Light and Dark, now is the time to call on Bat that we may let go of old ways of being. Together, we will let die our limiting habits and beliefs so that we may heal and be reborn – re-birthed anew! The World is turning – let us stand up and be part of the answer.

With this Clan Mother, Bat and our own Totems, we can be brave! Now is the time to request healing! As beings of free will, nothing happens in the Universe without a request. Request to let go of that which is no longer serving you or our planetary family and be born anew!Once you make your request, begin expressing your gratitude that the healing is complete and balance restored, making room for it in our hearts and lives as if it has already happened.

In the 7^thMoon Cycle, we welcome the teachings of Loves All Things. This Clan Mother teaches how to Love the Truth in all its manifestations. The Mother of Love teaches us how to love all parts of the Self without judgment. Are you willing to love all parts of yourself and heal on a cosmic scale? We have a responsibility to stand up for all of life and show our families and our communities that love and forgiveness heals us all.

This Clan Mother and her Totem, Otter, show us the way. The playful Medicine of Otter shows us how to be a balanced adult who is young at heart, helping us to hold all things lightly. We may then dance the spiral of light and dark with joy and playfulness.

The energy of Otter is sorely needed right now. Will you be bold enough to request her help?

This month we journey with Listening Woman, Clan Mother of the 5th Moon Cycle, who teaches how to HEAR THE TRUTH. Right now, while the World is still, we have such an opportunity right to learn to Listen and Hear the Truth! Listen to Spirit, to your Totems, to your heart, to your soul, to your body, to your feelings, and to All Our Relations. Listen to each other, to your family, to your friends, to life itself!

All of the Spirit World is trying to send us messages, trying to get our attention. Help canbe found through this Clan Mother and her Totem, Hawk, who carries words of wisdom and shows us how to listen. Pay attention! Listen with both ears and an open heart! The Truth will come through loud and clear if you do!

Then this Clan Mother’s other Totem, Seal and Sea Lions, will help us ride the wave of our emotions and feelings in order to discover all facets of ourselves. Use this time of rich opportunity to dive deep!

Our hearts are filled with gratitude at this time of rebirth, of life beginning anew once again! We welcome Looks Far Women, Clan Mother of the 4th Moon Cycle who teaches us how to See the Truth. What a time to rejoice! To come out of our winter’s cave of snow and ice to now embrace the colour, beauty, and miracles of life all around us every day. This is our opportunity to see our lives with fresh eyes, childlike eyes, inner eyes – so we can truly see who we are and how to co-create our lives.

The energy of creation and new beginnings is strong now – ride its wave to make the changes you have been yearning for in your life. We can birth our most powerful Selves, our true, authentic Selves, to live from our hearts and inner knowings. When we look with eyes wide open we can see the signs and omens in all of life directing us and helping us to be happy, creative and healthy.  Are you ready to be born anew, blossoming and giving off your sweetest scent along with the flowering tree and plant people?

This is the time to create wholeness within ourselves as Looks Far Woman takes us to the Crack in the Universe to see a complete reflection of who we are.

ETERNITY IS OUR FREQUENCY

We as humankind are at a critical point in our development.  The Creator gave us many gifts and many opportunities for growth, for change, for expansion of consciousness.  Some have listened; some have not.  Our ways of being and living have taken us far away from our Natural Ways (of being), our connection to our Earth Mother and her children.  We have lost touch with our Ancestral Connections and our sense of our place in the grand scheme of things.  Now is the time when we are called to return to what is true and what is real.  We are called to once again stand in that truth.  To once again restate our intention: for our lives, for our mission, for our future, for our Mother Earth and our connection to Universal Truth and all life everywhere.

In these times of great transformation, contemporary living and rising uncertainty, Teresa Raven Moon and Michelle Speaking Hawk would like to offer you an opportunity to take time out, drop down into yourself, connect into your heart and reconnect with those in the seen and unseen worlds who guide, protect and revitalise you. We have planned this in response to so many people in the community wanting a Sacred and protected space in which they can go deeper into themselves, reconnecting with Spirit within and the Spirits without.

We are inviting you to come participate in an Urban Vision Quest. This will be in three parts:

Vision Quest is an ancient ceremony to realize our oneness with all things. It is a time to sit outside and revitalise our connection with Spirit. Some pray for a vision of their life’s work or an expansion or clarification, some vision to make a request, some to pray or to give gratitude, and some simply use this time to reconnect to the Earth Mother and the Universe. Limited space of 12 people.

• Set up spiritual boundaries
• Take a shamanic journey to meet spirit guides and learn how to stay connected
• Learn techniques for opening and expansion

We are now on that place of the wheel where we ACCEPT THE TRUTH with Weighs the Truth, Clan Mother of the 3rd Moon Cycle. Sometimes we find it difficult to look at ourselves – especially if we let judgment cloud our view. With this Clan Mother’s Totem, Weasel, can learn to use ingenuity, guile, stealth, and observation to see ourselves and our lives from all perspectives. In paying attention and noticing without judgement where our choices and non-choices have led us, we can then transform our lives into a new reality. We are the co-creators of our lives! Now is a good time to dream the big medicine dreams to heal ourselves, our loved ones and our world. With these beautiful and most welcomed spring energies we can launch anew, with sweetness, grace and ease.

In this Ceremony with the Sacred Pipe, praying with and for All Our Relations, we will offer prayers from our hearts to Creator.

Come experience this ancient and powerful Ceremony and Celebration! Instructions given to beginners. This Ceremony of Prayer to Creator can be done smoking the pipe or simply holding the pipe. We use Knickknick in the Pipe, an herbal blend including tobacco.

This Sacred Ceremony is open to men and women. Please bring a pillow to sit on, a lap cloth and an open heart.

Please join us this month as we HONOUR THE TRUTH with Wisdom Keeper, Clan Mother of the 2nd Moon Cycle. Wisdom Keeper teaches us how to honour the Truth in all things by first honouring our own Beauty Path – to let our own Orenda be our guiding light. This Clan Mother and her Totem, Mammoth, teach us to walk this Good Red Road with the Truth of who and what we are in our hearts through the Art of Remembering. We learn to honour our own dreams and visions and in doing so, we learn to honour the Sacred Space and Sacred Point of View of All Our Relations. I ask you to join me this month in Ceremony so that as we develop the Self, we learn to help others do so, too.
